At Brand Power Industry, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom Orders

As we specialize in custom manufacturing, private labeling, and bulk production, custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded once production has started or the order has been shipped, unless the product is defective or does not match the approved specifications.

Ready Products

Ready-made products may be eligible for return if:

• The item is unused and in its original condition.

• The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• The product is returned in its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

• Your Order Number

• Photos of the product

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief description of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Custom-manufactured products

• Private label products

• Personalized or printed items

• Bulk orders made to customer specifications

• Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable, unless the return is due to our mistake.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
